Club Sites and Day Pour Sites:

Club Sites Weekend Package (Free)

Clubs are the lifeblood of the Michigan Homebrew Festival and we welcome you all. Big or small, we want to make you part of the weekend festivities!
It is the goal of the Michigan Homebrew Festival to provide all clubs who wish to participate, with a booth located in the Club area. Whether it’s just for a day, or the whole event. If your club wishes to attend the Michigan Homebrew Festival please register your club by dropping us a message on our Contact Page.
In your email, please provide details about your club and special requests your club has such as days, space, electrical requirements, placement, or neighbors. We will do our best to accommodate your club, however, it does not guarantee your request will be granted.
All of your club members will be required to purchase camping sites and/or MHF memberships. No memberships will be provided with the club sites. In addition, camping on the club loop will not be allowed.
Electrical outlets are available but are limited. Please bring heavy-duty extension cords, as the electricity drops will be shared amongst all clubs.

Day pour sites allow new or first-time clubs to experience the Festival without committing to the whole weekend. Clubs who choose this option will be given a 12′ x 12′ location in the club area, where they can set up a club bar and a tent. As always you are welcome to display your club banners and theme out your site.

Age Verification

Since the Michigan Homebrew Festival engages in the sampling of alcoholic beverages, all members must provide a valid photo driver’s ID to confirm their age. Age verification is mandatory, failure of proof can result in denial of membership. Any members who wish to consume alcoholic beverages at the festival must display their membership cards openly for others to see, as it denotes you are a registered member who is at least 21 years of age. Members or guests who are found consuming alcoholic beverages without their membership cards will be asked to retrieve them or purchase a new one. Failure to comply may result in suspension from the festival.

Non-Participating Guest

The Michigan Homebrew Festival is open to everyone. In cases where your significant other or guest does not plan on drinking, membership is not required.

Membership is a Privilege:

The festival organizers reserve the right to revoke or deny membership based on conduct at current or past events, including but not limited to fighting, overconsumption, or inappropriate behavior. A permanent refusal of membership will be enacted based on a majority decision by the organizing staff. Members who have their membership revoked must vacate the festival grounds immediately. If a person is incapacitated, they are required to arrange a rideshare or return to their campsite until they are fit to leave safely. The safety and well-being of all attendees is our top priority.
